A Welcome Interruption: Readings by Writing Contest Winners

    Temple University Libraries
Person taking a story from the short story dispenser

This summer, we invited all Temple students, faculty, staff, and community members to submit a poem or short story to our Short Édition creative writing contest. The theme of the contest was "Interruption,” and we received so many wonderful submissions, all of which are available on our contest website.

We invite you to take a break this afternoon and join us as the winners and select finialists of the contest share their work with us.

And don’t forget to check out our short story dispenser on your next visit to Charles Library, where you can receive a free, printed story or poem. Our dispenser features creative works from this contest, as well as other stories and poems from the Temple community and from around the world.

This program will be presented via Zoom. On the day of the program, use this link to join: https://temple.zoom.us/j/97671211199.

All programs are free and open to all, and registration is encouraged.
