Join the Ambler Arboretum on Wednesday, October 29, from 4 to 5 p.m., to celebrate the fall season!
The Diversity of Fall Leaf Drop tour will take participants through a journey of trees and shrubs with various fall colors and at various stages of losing their leaves. The tour will be led by Arboretum Horticulture Technician and Temple Landscape Architecture alumnus Owen Lambert.
Along the way, participants will learn the reasons for these variations, the importance these variations serve to plants and animals and how to identify when a tree or shrub may be losing its leaves prematurely.
The tour will take place rain or shine (extreme weather will result in cancellation). Participants for this free tour will meet in from of the Red Barn Gym.
