The past two weeks have challenged all of us in ways we never could have imagined. Today, as we reopened campus to in-person classes just two weeks to the day after the tornado hit, we have shown that perseverance truly conquers.
On Thursday, September 16, all students, faculty and staff are invited to join the Park Ranger Law Enforcement Academy cadets in a flag raising at Bright Hall Circle to commemorate the community we are all a part of and the bond that we have with this extraordinary campus.
Park Ranger Law Enforcement Flag Raising
Thursday, September 16
10 a.m.
Bright Hall Circle
On Sept. 1, after the tornado swept through campus, the cadets of the Park Ranger Law Enforcement Academy at Temple Ambler wanted to raise the American Flag above campus signifying that they, and all of us, would return to campus. Due to the storm damage, they were unable to do so.
On September 16, they will return to raise the flag high above campus for the first time since the storm. Please join them for this important community moment.
