Part of the Healthier Campus Initiative, September 18 through September 22, will be Healthier Campus Week at Temple Ambler!
This week is all about focusing on our health! Students are invited to take part in a variety of events and programs focused on physical health, mental health and nutrition throughout the week offered by the Temple Ambler Office of Student and Campus Life and Recreation, Outdoor Education and Wellness! Students are also encouraged to join the OWLcountability Workout partner program offered by ROW!
Healthier Campus Week continues on Wednesday, September 20, with a Healthy Lunch on the Bright Hall Lawn! Students are invited to enjoy soup, salad, fruit and more. A Midday Stretch Digestive Session will follow at 1 p.m. on the lawn. All students, faculty and staff are welcome to join the stretch!
