Part of the Healthier Campus Initiative, September 18 through September 22, will be Healthier Campus Week at Temple Ambler!
This week is all about focusing on our health! Students are invited to take part in a variety of events and programs focused on physical health, mental health and nutrition throughout the week offered by the Temple Ambler Office of Student and Campus Life and Recreation, Outdoor Education and Wellness! Students are also encouraged to join the OWLcountability Workout partner program offered by ROW!
Recreation, Outdoor Education and Wellness will also host a Nature-based Mindfulness program at 12:30 p.m. on the Learning Center Lawn on Thursday, September 21. Join Dr. Steve Sassaman in an outdoor meditation and intentional “fox walk” to the healing gardens. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend!
