Part of the Healthier Campus Initiative, September 18 through September 22, will be Healthier Campus Week at Temple Ambler!
This week is all about focusing on our health! Students are invited to take part in a variety of events and programs focused on physical health, mental health and nutrition throughout the week offered by the Temple Ambler Office of Student and Campus Life and Recreation, Outdoor Education and Wellness! Students are also encouraged to join the OWLcountability Workout partner program offered by ROW!
Healthier Campus Week kicks off on Monday, September 18, with a Wellness Walk at 1 p.m.
All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join in a midday walk around campus. Meet in front of the Ambler Research + Collaboration Building. Take a break from class, studying, or work by moving your body! The walk will be led by Sam McGuriman, STEM Programs Specialist for the Ambler Arboretum.
