Ambler Campus: VITA - Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program Training and Certification

    Temple University Ambler Campus
Students participate in the VITA Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.

For the thirteenth year in a row, volunteers at Temple University Ambler will prepare federal, state and local tax returns for low- to moderate-income families and students.

Volunteer Tax Assistants — who undertake training to become certified — are needed for this highly successful program, which will be held on Saturdays in the Ambler Campus Learning Center from January through mid-April 2019. Student volunteers may request to receive course credit for completion of their VITA volunteer work by registering for ACCT 3581, section 101, during the spring 2020 semester.

Volunteers must attend all three sessions. Learn more about the program, including how to volunteer.
