Architecture Guest Lecture | Nina Maritz Architects: Sensory perception and an intuitive creative process towards sustainability.

    Temple University Rome Campus

Tuesday Sept. 24th at 6:00PM (On Zoom and in presence):
Nina Maritz’s lecture will explore how the architect has developed an intuitive process for sustainable design based on an in-depth knowledge of context with an emphasis on the sensory experience of architecture. It will aim to understand whether the academic need to classify architectural design in movements or styles is a digression from the intent towards sustainability, and compare the intuitive versus the empirical approach to sustainability.
