Do you want to learn the best places to ride a bike in Philadelphia, or how to take advantage of the city's biking infrastructure? Are you eager to explore Philadelphia by bike- the best way to see the city!- but are nervous about riding safely on city streets? Then come to one of Bike Temple's Urban Riding Basics courses!
At every course we go over how to properly ride in traffic, how to navigate cars and pedestrians safely, how to signal to others on the road, etc. We go over Philly's bike lane infrastructure and how to easily get to some of the city's most famous landmarks, along with many other tips on reaping the benefits of riding a bike. Our first public course is Tuesday, September 11th at the Rad Dish Cafe in Ritter Hall. If there is enough interest, we will hold another course at a later date for those who can't attend. Hope to see you there!
