We are cyc'ed to have you back Owls! We want you to be just as cyc'ed with this 50 minute cycle session that includes 40 minutes of rigorous cardiovascular training using an indoor cycling bike, 5 minutes of setup, and a 5 minute stretch.
No registration is necessart but it is limited to the first 23 particpants. Must have rec access. Rec access is assigned to undergraduate and graduate students via their owl card upon registration for their acadmic classes.
