Campus Rec: STRESS-LESS with Group Fitness

    Campus Recreation

    Join our Group Fitness Leaders during the first week of exams for some special group fitness sessions - May 2nd-May 5th. All sessions take place on the second floor of the IBC Student Rec Center. 

    Must have rec access to particpate in the sessions.  

    Tuesday, May 2nd: 

    Barre with Becca: 4-4:50pm 

    Wednesday, May 3rd: 

    Kardio Kick with Ron: 4-4:50pm 

    Cycling with Stephanie: 6-6:50pm 

    Goodnight Yoga with Claire: 8-8:50pm

    Thursday, May 4th: 

    Cycling with Matt: 12-12:50pm 

    HIIT with Aditi: 6-6:30pm 

    Goonight Yoga with Claire: 8-8:50pm 

    Friday, May 5th: 

    Cycling with Bekah: 12-12:50pm 

    Barre with Becca: 3-3:50pm
