CAMPUS REC: Welcome Week Group Fitness Session--HIIT

    High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), is a 30-minute interval based session that combines cardio bursts with full body strength exercises to keep your heart rate elevated during your entire workout. This session will push you to your limits! To attend you must be a current Temple Student or Staff Member and you must register at least 30 minutes before the session is scheduled to start, for more information on registration go to: https://campusrecreation.temple.edu/group-fitness
