CAMPUS REC: Welcome Week Group Fitness Session--Strength

    Patrons participating in a group fitness session.

    This 30-minute equipment free session will give you a total body workout focusing on building muscular strength and endurance and is open to all current Temple Students and Staff. You must register at least 30 minutes before the session is scheduled to start, for more information on registration go to: https://campusrecreation.temple.edu/group-fitness
