    Relax, stretch, and tone muscles in this fitness session designed to enhance your mental, physical, and spiritual fitness. To attend you must be a current Temple Student or Staff Member and you must register at least 30 minutes before the session is scheduled to start, for more information on registration go to: https://campusrecreation.temple.edu/group-fitness
