This will be a kick-off for the beginning of the Fall Group Fitness Schedule and will take place it begins. Participants will be able to “sample” some of the various group fitness sessions being offered at the IBC throughout the semester. The event will be led by 7 of our Group Fitness leaders (and myself) who are schedule on the fall schedule. The goal is to provide an effective and fun workout while increasing awareness about IBC Group Fitness offerings.
