Featuring remarks from Charles Hamilton Houston III, Esq., a prolific scholar and former Assistant General Counsel at ABM Industries, Inc. Mr. Houston is a corporate attorney with more than a decade of experience in complex commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Arizona, and numerous federal jurisdictions. His areas of responsibility include international business and franchising, joint ventures, subsidiary governance, and government contracting and compliance. Prior to joining ABM, Mr. Houston handled high-exposure product liability litigation and governmental relations matters as Assistant General Counsel with U-Haul International, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. Before entering the world of corporate counsel, Mr. Houston founded the Phoenix office of the nation’s largest minority-owned law firm, Gonzalez Saggio and Harlan.
