Seth Cameron (b. 1982 in South Carolina) is a painter and writer working in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2004. Cameron is best known as a co-founder of The Bruce High Quality Foundation. Since 2009 he has served as the President of BHQFU, the collective’s experimental post-graduate school, where he teaches courses in creative writing and art history. Cameron is also an adjunct professor at The Cooper Union where he leads The Intradisciplinary Seminar. His paintings bear down on the dialectical in the formally elemental. Cameron’s second exhibition at the gallery will be held in the Winter of 2018.
