    Join our certified leaders for an Indoor Cycling Group Fitness session. This session is geared towards cardiovascular training on an indoor cycle bike. Experience various rides (like endurance or strength) with motivating music!

    Sessions take place at the IBC Student Rec Center 1701 N 15th St., 2nd floor. No equipment or experience needed. These sessions are open to all level of fitness. 

    Currently enrolled students enter the building with their OwlCard. University employees enter the building with proof of rec fee payment through their OwlCard. For more information on membership go to: https://www.temple.edu/campus-recreation/membership
