Department of Film and Media Arts presents
The 19th Annual Film and Media Arts Festival
Monday, May 1 and Tuesday, May 2, 2017
Celebrate the very best student artistry!
The 19th Annual Diamond Screen Festival showcases the best work by up-and-coming filmmakers and media artists in Temple’s program. The annual event highlights the most creative and outstanding student films in the documentary, narrative and experimental categories, as well as showcasing the newest works from students in the media arts program. The festival invokes Temple University founder Russell Conwell’s “acres of diamonds” speech, finding the next generation of filmmakers creating inventive, compelling work in Temple’s own backyard.
Both days:
Opening Reception & Media Arts Exhibition: 6:00 pm
Film Screening: 7:00 pm
Award Ceremony: 8:30 pm
Free and open to the public!
