El camino de la literatura: una crónica personal

    El camino de la literatura: una crónica personal (The Path of Literature: A Personal Chronicle) will concentrate on a brief description of some of my past, current and future literary work, and some more theoretical notions and issues such as realismo existencial (existential realism), retrofuturismo e hipermodernismo (retrofuturism and hipermodernism) and eclecticismo radical (radical eclecticism).

    Miguel Baraona is a sociologist, an anthropologist and a writer. He completed his Sociology undergraduate and M.A. work in France at La Sorbonne and at L'Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, and obtained a Ph.D in Social Anthropology at the University of Texas-Austin. Born in the US and raised in Chile, he also lived and worked in México and the US for many years. Baraona currently serves as Vice-Dean of the School for General Studies at the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
