Meyer holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (BM in Flute Performance and German minor), the Peabody Conservatory (MM) and Temple University (DMA). She is a listed substitute for many regional orchestras including Opera Philadelphia and the Reading, Delaware and Allentown Symphonies. Meyer is also the manager of the Marian Anderson Young Artist Program through Play On Philly, an El Sistema program which provides resources and access to promising young musicians in Philadelphia.
