Every first Friday, Old City Philadelphia has a First Friday event where the art galleries stay open and have opening receptions for their new show. The area takes on a festival atmosphere with buskers and street vendors selling handmade art. There will be a free bus to take you there on Friday, October 7 at 6 pm, leaving from the corner of 13th & Diamond Streets  (by the parking lot next to the Architecture building). Seating is first come/first served and not tickets are required. The bus will leave once full, so get there early.  The bus will leave Old City at 8:45 pm to return to campus.
