Universal Financial Solutions offers free tax preparation.   Applicants can drop off forms.  Slots are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.   

Customers should bring:

1. A current driver's license, state id, passport, green card, or employmenet authorization card

2. Birthdates for all household members that wiil be included on the tax returns:

3.  Original social security cards for all people listed on tax return or other legal document with full social security numbers

4.  Tax documents:  W2, 1099, 1099 NEC

5.  Insurance document - 1095 A
