    College of Engineering

    Paul Whitty (ENG, 85) of Golder Associates will be joining us for a recruitment event for Philadelphia civil engineers. Learn about company, & available opportunities (open positions and internships). Pizza & drinks will be included.

    About Paul Whitty

    Mr. Whitty is a Senior Consultant with Golder Associates Inc. and has over thirty-four (34) years of experience in civil and environmental engineering projects related to solid and hazardous waste. He has managed multidisciplinary, multimillion-dollar landfill construction projects and has been responsible for the design and permitting of landfill facilities. 

    His work includes preparing detailed landfill designs, developing construction plans and specifications, preparing state and local permit applications, engineering construction cost estimates, project scheduling and technical peer reviews of permit applications.  He has also provided construction management services for several landfill projects including disposal area construction, final cover system installation, and landfill gas system construction. Mr. Whitty has also provided CQA services and managed several CQA projects involving landfill construction.
