Join us for an informative session on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) rights and opportunities for student-athletes and an evening of mingling with fellow Owls. Special guest speakers will provide an educational overview of what NIL is, its history at Temple and the rules and regulations around it, and then panelists will share about how different collectives are working to support the growth and success of Temple University's athletics program and its student-athletes. Ken Jacobsen, Beasley Law professor, will also provide insight into the legal aspects of NIL, the House v. NCAA case and the rising tide of litigation from college athletes.
