Being in our bodies can be a very uncomfortable thing, but with trauma-informed guided practice you may be able to access a deep sense of inner peace. During this- 30 minute class we will connect the mind and body through our breath in a somatic meditation. No experience is necessary-- this practice is ideal for anyone who gets stuck in their heads and needs some grounding. We'll be moving gently to encourage fuller respiration, reconnecting to parts of our body that get ignored when we're stressed and settling into a space focused on releasing and relieving the energetic weight we carry with us.
