Join our certified leaders for a HIIT Group Fitness session. HIIT is a quick 30 minute cardio workout of short intense bursts of exercise and low intensity recovery periods.
Sessions take place at the IBC Student Rec Center 1701 N 15th St., 2nd floor. No equipment or experience needed. These sessions are open to all levels of fitness.
Currently enrolled students enter the building with their OwlCard. University employees enter the building with proof of rec fee payment through their OwlCard. For more information on membership go to: https://www.temple.edu/campus-recreation/membership
