Intro to Designing Tabletop Games

    Temple University Libraries
    chess piece

Are you interested in learning about the first steps needed to make a board game or a role playing game?  Are you interested in creating a tabletop game for the LCDSS game jam that is starting on February 25?  If either of these apply this is the workshop for you!

Join Matt Shoemaker in the Innovation Lab of the LCDSS to learn how to get started in making either a board game or an RPG.  We'll pay special attention to preparing a design for a contest like a game jam.  Please come with any ideas you have for a game and your design questions.

The session will focus on the needs of those in attendance to get started on their game design journey.
