Intro to Github

    Temple University Libraries

    This workshop will introduce Github, a valuable resource for anyone looking to do digital projects. This workshop will overview how to use Github to find and share open source code, how to build a public profile on Github, how to use Git to version your own software as you develop it, and how to use Github Pages to host static websites. No prior knowledge of Github is necessary.

    There is the option to attend this workshop in person or online via Zoom. You must register for this workshop to receive the Zoom link via a confirmation email. On the day of the workshop, use the link to join the session.  

    This workshop will be recorded. Register to attend the live session or to receive a copy of the recording.
