Each year, Tyler's endowed Jack Wolgin Visiting Artist Program brings world-renowned artists to spend meaningful time with our students and faculty. This year's highly anticipated Wolgin Visiting Artist is German filmmaker, moving image artist, and cultural critic Hito Steyerl, a provocative thinker with solo exhibitions at Stedeljk Museum Amsterdam, Serpentine Galleries in London, and the Venice Biennale, among other institutions. Steyerl roots her investigative practice in the proliferation of digital images and their large-scale implications. She will discuss her body of work.
