Dr. Christopher Pattillo is an Associate Professor of Molecular and Cellular Physiology. He received his BS degree (2001) in Biophysics from Centenary College of Louisiana and continued his education with a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center – Memphis (2004) and a PhD from Temple University (2007) under the direction of Dr. Mohammad F. Kiani. Following graduate school, Dr. Pattillo moved to Louisiana and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Chris Kevil. Dr. Pattillo accepted a tenure track position in the Department of Physiology at LSU Health Shreveport in 2012.
