We at the Klein College of Media and Communication are excited to welcome all new students to our college and to Temple University. Convocation at Temple is an annual tradition for all new freshmen and transfer students that occurs during Welcome Week. This year’s festivities, limited by public-health concerns, will be different, to be sure, but we promise a warm and rich introduction.

All news students to Klein and their families are invited to join the college’s leadership, faculty and staff to our New Student Meeting, at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 21.

During the virtual meeting, students will have a chance to hear from members of the Klein community, including faculty from their department and staff from Academic Advising, Career Services and Klein Global Opportunities.
