The question of how diversity, equity and inclusion fit into the future of media and communication is a critical one, especially at this moment in our country and our world. • Michelle Rice, KLN ’88, President, TV One and CLEO TV 

  • Michelle Rice, KLN ‘88, is a 15-year veteran of TV One and was named General Manager in July 2017.  She is responsible for overseeing all business, operational and creative aspects of the network. In January 2019, she led the development and launch of TV One’s new sister network, CLEO TV, an aspirational lifestyle and entertainment TV network serving Millennial and Gen X women of color. 

• Rachel Ezekiel-Fishbein, KLN ’86, Owner, Making Headlines PR

  • Rachel Ezekiel-Fishbein is an award-winning communications strategist and writer, who has been called a ‘social media guru’ by The Philadelphia Inquirer. Since opening the doors of Making Headlines in 1995, Rachel has been featured on ABC World News Tonight and in Working Mother and The Philadelphia Inquirer.

  • Elizabeth A. Morrison is focused on implementing and elevating diversity and building a vibrant and inclusive workplace for all employees.
