Learning to Lose: Grief Education 101

    College of Public Health

Grief Education 101 is a foundational discussion group designed to help participants understand the emotional, psychological, and social dimensions of grief. Whether you're navigating personal loss or supporting others through theirs, this group offers a compassionate space to learn, reflect, and grow. Through guided conversation and shared experiences, we’ll explore how grief affects us—and how we can respond with awareness, resilience, and empathy.

    Objectives:

    • Demystify the Grieving Process.
    • Build Emotional Literacy and Coping Skills.
    • Create a Supportive Learning Environment.
