Sandra G. Stoneman concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and venture capital financings, principally in the life sciences, medical technologies and high-tech sectors. Ms. Stoneman also counsels high-growth companies in domestic and international collaborations, licensing and partnering transactions, research and other important commercial and operational arrangements.
Spenser Karr practices in the area of corporate law and regularly advises early-stage and startup companies and their founders. Mr. Karr also represents public companies in preparation of public filings, buyers and sellers in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, companies in complex financing transactions and life sciences companies in various stages of their life cycle, including initial formation and clinical trials. Mr. Karr is an alumnus of the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
