Need some physical wellness? Join Colleen Chase, KLN ’15, certified trainer, for a virtual fun and active Ballet Barre workout, combining elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This session will provide Owls with an intense mind and body exercise that can be done in the comfort of your home. Exercises can be altered for a variety of fitness levels. No previous dance experience or equipment is required to participate.

Colleen Chase, KLN ’15
Colleen is a Senior Associate Producer at Digitas Health. Prior to digital project management, she was the donor relations manager at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Colleen is passionate about all things communications. With an accomplished background in ensuring timely deliverables, she is also a skilled writer and communications strategist. Colleen became a certified Ballet Barre instructor in 2020.
