Knowing when to leave a position or to make a leap from the known to the unknown can be overwhelming but necessary. Circumstances can push you to move on, whether it’s an opportunity to advance, to try something unrelated to your academic studies or to leave an experience completely behind. Sometimes the greatest piece of the puzzle is understanding your personal values and motivations to determine if you need to make a change at all. Join us for a moderated panel discussion with Temple alumni and learn tips and resources from their career leap experiences.
The panel aims to cover
- understanding your values and motivations.
- evaluating the best potential path for you.
- how to make smart career moves.
- the right time to make a career change.
- the value of a lateral move.
- and more.
