Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Dall-E and others) have created challenges and opportunities for teaching at Klein.
Students must learn ethical and effective ways to use these tools as they move from Temple into the workplace.
Hosted by the Center for the Advancement of Teaching (CAT), Stephanie Fiore, Jan Fernback, Gregg Feistmann and Steve Ryan will lead a workshop to examine assignments and classroom activities and consider ways to redesign them as AI-enabled assignments and activities that enhance critical thinking and learning and do not instead offer a shortcut to learning.
Bring your laptops or other devices and be ready to experiment.
