Mindfulness + Rest = Resilience

    Military and Veteran Services Center

    Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without getting caught up in it. Often our minds worry or we go on "autopilot" and miss simple joys of everyday life. This program will provide a brief overview of what mindfulness is, some of its potential benefits, and will include a brief guided practice.
