Join Temple University’s College of Public Health to learn more about the Master of Public Health (MPH) in Nutrition, a program designed for students who want to address pressing public health challenges through food, nutrition, and community health. This session will provide an overview of the curriculum, including training in nutrition assessment, program planning, epidemiology, and health behavior, as well as opportunities for applied practice in diverse community and clinical settings.
The program director will share insights about how the program prepares graduates to promote nutrition equity, design effective interventions, and influence health policy at the local, national, and global levels. Attendees will also learn about career pathways in public health nutrition, from government agencies and nonprofit organizations to healthcare systems and research institutions.
Participants will have the chance to ask questions about the fieldwork experience, the application process, and the student experience at Temple’s College of Public Health.
This event will be hosted virtually via Zoom. Log-in information will be distributed to those who register for the session prior to the event!
