Professor Rebecca “Becca” Smith, Assistant Professor of Practice with the Marketing Department, will be covering an introduction to digital advertising and how AI’s disruptive potential must be addressed when executing distinct types of marketing initiatives.

Although digital and interactive marketing is an important part of business strategy, the dynamic nature of technology and consumer culture raises strategic and social challenges. Join Professor Smith as she takes students through an introduction to digital advertising as well as how AI can be an active disruptor in an ever-evolving industry.
Rebecca “Becca” Smith
Becca Smith is an Assistant Professor of Practice with the Marketing Department at the Fox School of Business. She's been a member of the faculty since 2014. With Fox, she's developed curriculum for and taught executive and graduate-level courses including Digital Marketing, Digital Innovation in Marketing and Marketing Strategy.
Becca also serves as the Sr. Vice President, Marketing & Strategy at Electric Kite, where she heads a line of business, directing digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of clients that range from Fortune 500s to startups to nonprofits.
