    1. To consider the classic versus the glymphatic systems for solute transport through/out of the brain parenchyma
    2. To understand proposed pathway and mechanisms of action of the glymphatic system
    3. To gain knowledge regarding how alterations in the glymphatic system may contribute to accumulation of aberrant proteins, etc., in brain
