GIS Day

    College of Liberal Arts

    Temple University is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting Geographic information systems (GIS) Day! GIS Day provides an international forum for users of geographic information systems (GIS) technology to demonstrate real-world applications that are making a difference in our society.

    This FREE EVENT will include a keynote speaker, GIS workshop and a Jobs Panel.

    Who Should Attend?Students, educators, researchers and professionals interested in learning more about GIS and how it is making a difference in our lives and communities.

    Schedule:

    3:00pm GIS Keynote

    4:00pm Temple University Lightning Talks

    5:30pm GIS Jobs Panel

    November 16 - GIS Workshop
    11 am Open to Temple students, faculty, and staff only.

    Co-Hosted by Temple University Libraries, Temple University’s Department of Geography and Urban Studies and Spatial Analytics Lab (SAL@T).
