Being a graduate student, we are engaged in multiple academic and professional opportunities. However, we often can get so caught up in the important work that we do that we may neglect our needs or do not self-advocate. In this workshop, you will learn how to advocate for yourself as a graduate student in a variety of settings, where Disability Resources & Services (DRS) will also discuss how to obtain accommodations if you have disabilities and answer your questions. Let’s collectively enhance our self-advocacy skills!
This workshop is a collaboration between the Wellness Resource Center and Disability Resources and Services. Sponsored by The Graduate School and The College of Liberal Arts Graduate Affairs. All graduate students at Temple University are welcome to attend.
