    Mondays

    Pilates with Mikayla: 12-12:50pm

    Cycle Mix with Jules: 4-4:50pm

    Power Yoga with Claire: 5-5:50pm

    Tuesdays

    Flow Yoga with Beverly: 2-2:50pm

    Pilates Sliders with Aditi: 5-5:50pm

    HIIT with Aditi: 6-6:30pm

    Wednesdays

    Zumba with Sia: 3-3:50pm

    Kardio Kick with Ron: 4-4:50pm
