With five universities, a booming housing market and a nationally recognized restaurant scene, Philadelphia is now, more than ever, the place to be for all things business and pleasure. Please join us as we explore a portion of this transformation, the redevelopment of the Spring Arts neighborhood, through the case study of 448 N. 10th Street. The developers of the project, Arts& Crafts Holdings, transformed the former warehouse that was home to the Haverford Cycle Company in the early 1900s. 448 is now being re-purposed into a multi-tenant creative office, makerspace and entertainment mecca. Through a panel of local experts, attendees will gain firsthand exposure to what it takes to redevelop a neighborhood, as well as receive a tour displaying the transformation of 448 N. 10th Street from past to present.
