In the time of #metoo, many are wondering what they can do to help prevent sexual violence.
Join Alison McKee, Director of the Temple University, Wellness Resource Center, as she presents “Cultivating Comfort: Healthy Sexuality and its Role in Sexual Violence Prevention.”
In this interactive discussion, participants will define healthy sexuality, identify how it can help to prevent sexual violence, and identify and practice strategies to increase comfort when communicating about healthy sexuality. Whether we work directly or indirectly with young people or students, our knowledge and comfort helps to support a culture of healthy norms, attitudes and behaviors.
