Many people don’t realize that they are surrounded by edible plants! Join Debbie Naha-Koretzky, the Wild Edibles Lady, for a fun program to open your eyes to the world of wild edibles.

We’ll begin with an indoor presentation, followed by a plant identification walk, and end with a wild tea tasting. Attendees may also take home a recipe or two.

Naha-Koretzky will discuss plant identification, safety, look-alike plants, sustainable harvesting and more. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Rutgers Master Gardener and a Pennsylvania Master Naturalist. Her advanced training in nutrition provides a unique approach to appreciating wild edibles.
