Karma and Culture: A Buddhist Ethics of Cumulative Causality

    Join us for a talk by Professor Jonathan C. Gold. He will talk about his current book project that articulates a Buddhist approach to contemporary problems in politics and social thought.

    Jonathan C. Gold is Associate Professor in the Department of Religion and Director of the Program in South Asian Studies at Princeton University. A scholar of Indian and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, he is especially interested in Buddhist approaches to language and the ethics of personal cultivation.
