Group Fitness sessions are held at the IBC Student Rec Center and Pearson and McGonigle Halls Pool 31. Sessions are offered at various times throughout the week and admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Fun and safe fitness activities offered include kickboxing, boot camp, indoor cycling, yoga, zumba, pilates, and toning sessions. Individuals at beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels are welcome to participate. Over 60 sessions are offered each week!
